Scam artist
Mike's organization & their Amway-style motivation techniques scammed my wife out of thousands in 'one on one' fees. $1,000 a month to talk with a 'coach' once a week. Not a good idea for a Realtor just starting out. It's equivalent to a 1 hour/week brainwashing session much like Amway. 4 months so far, zero sales, nearly bankrupt, and an addictive wife. There's no guarantee on his services folks... Buyer Beware! Never sign a binding contract with this guy.

In Reply to this response it is definitely the reply of a person that has failed as a realtor and needs someone or something to blame it on. The Mike Ferry organization training and coaching is awesome. I have been a member for a short period of time and have no complaints at all. If your not afraid of hard work and self discipline you will gain lot's from any of his training or coaching. If your lazy with no ambition and expect deals to fall into your lap than I'm sure soon after joining any Coaching Company you will become an anonymous poster as above looking to place blame elsewhere.
