- History: This FAQ was originally created by Jeffrey Benner in 1996. As a ongoing effort to keep this FAQ current, he handed over the torch to myself in 1999. In October thru December 1999, I re-formatted the FAQ to make it more dynamic to help keep it up to date. That is a monumental task to do, especially with the large area of coverage, which will eventually include Minnesota, when I get some contacts there. The new FAQ went live in December 1999 and has grown quickly since then. There have been some bugs and troubles along the way, but thanks to the help of the Midwestern Pagan community, it has improved at a very rapid pace. Thanks for all your effort in the past with this FAQ Jeff. It has been a wonderful tool for the community and will continue to be so in the future. Blessed Be to all!!
