- As we begin 2008, I reflect on all that has happened during 2007. The year was extremely busy for Circulators as we implemented many new programs to improve circulation throughout the year. In November, the Audit Bureau of Circulations made an announcement on changes to 3rd party sponsorships that will change the way we do business over the next three years.
