Founded in March of 1985, Mid-State Homes constructed its first Unibilt home project in August that same year. In the 17 years since our beginning, Mid-State Homes has completed nearly 700 Unibilt projects in Northwest Ohio. There is a very good chance that someone you know lives in a Mid-State' Home constructed by Unibilt.
Mid-State Homes is pleased to have a sales staff with more than 40 years combined sales and building experience. We take a "No Pressure" sales attitude and welcome you to visit our four Unibilt Display Models. Walk through the models at your leisure or ask a member of the sales staff to accompany you. All our Display Models have information sheets, in the Kitchen, listing the price, size, options, and standard features.
Unibilt Industries, Inc. has over 32 years experience in the construction of high quality, energy efficient homes. Since its Incorporation in 1969, Unibilt has produced over 9,500 modular homes. Unibilt offers nearly 200 floor plans in ranch, cape cod and two story models ranging in size from 858 to over 3,000 square feet.
