Welcome to the official home page of the Miami Spring Ultimate League (MSL). Whether you are a hard-core nationals veteran or a newcomer, MSL is for you.
with games on Sundays. Play-off schedule to be announced later in the season. All games will be played on Sundays at Amelia Earhart Park in Hialeah, about 25 minutes north of Coral Gables. Times are 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
Are you interested in playing a co-ed team sport? Are you looking for a fun way to get in shape? Then join Miami Spring Ultimate. Ultimate is a team sport similar to football (without the contact), but played with a frisbee. Like soccer, play is continuous.
