At MEDworldwide.com, we recognize there are times when customers need to return an item. If you decide you do not want a product and wish to return it, please let us know before shipping it back. Do not forget to write your invoice number in a visible location when preparing the package. When calling customer service it is extremely helpful if you have your invoice number and product number available.
If you are returning items detailed in separate invoices do include all the pertaining invoice numbers in the package. If possible, also include copies of the invoices as this will expedite the process.
