- Back in 1998 our founders participated in the Indiana State Health Department's project to create a CNA training manual (which is still in use) . They were qualified to do this based on their long experience in training CNAs as employees of a major healthcare provider having multiple facilities in the Michiana area. In recognition of their efforts Professional Resources issued to each of them a Certificate of Appreciation for their help.
