About UsMeyer’s Automotive got its start in 1980, when Phil Meyer took over his dad’s business, having worked with him throughout his high school years. At the age of 20, Phil was the manager of the family Amoco and garage.Phil expanded the business into a full service automotive shop. He opened the current Meyer’s Automotive location in St. Louis, Missouri in 1997, which grew so fast he had to double the size of the facility just two years later.
