The Channel Sales Associate works under the direction of the Headquarter Channel Executive in activities that lead to the attainment of revenue for the regional channel sales team. In this role the Channel Sales Associate will act as the sales operational liaison for both the regional channel sales team and channel partners. The Channel Sales Associate will take care of pre-sales issues, assist with marketing collateral distribution and customer proposals and provide sales order support. The Channel Sales Associate will also facilitate the resolution of post-sale customer items involving customer support and/or billing. The Channel Sales Associate will also track weekly sales forecast numbers, gives information to callers, runs Equitrac¹ Sales Administration sales reports, and otherwise handles minor administrative and customer business issues by performing the following duties. The ability to incite, engage and empower internal and external customers will drive the success of this position.
Requirements include an Associate¹s degree, 1-3 years related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), English language fluency, solid communication and organizational skills, and strong customer service skills. Experience with document management and cost recovery solutions, as well as knowledge of copier vendors and multi-functional devices, are assets. Foreign language command (French, German, Italian, Spanish) also a plus.
