Just spoke to these guys, left a messeage took about a day and a half for anyone to call. They chatted me through my site and what needs to be done. Told me more than probably they should. Was well chuffed when they told me to get back to them once I fix some of the bits and pieces that are simple to do. I thought SEO was hugely complicated from what they say the majority of it involves refining content and building some links. They even told me where my site was breaching terms and conditions in the search engines. didn't even know there was such a thing.
