MDI was formed to provide a place for men to learn the principles and practices that enable each man to live a life of honor, become the man he has always wanted to be, and contribute a life well lived to his fellow man, his family, and as a mate. Using the practice of being on a team of approximately 9 men of similarly focused but diverse natures, we learn how to build strengths, endure difficulties and sorrows, better contribute to our families, mates, work places, and communities.
