Hello and welcome to Meditation Workshop. This site is designed to offer people an introduction to meditation and offer guidance about how to practise meditation.

We have drawn on the experience and teachings of the great meditation teachers. Through their own experience they are able to offer clear directions on how to begin and further our own meditation. However ultimately meditation is something we need to practise and experience for ourselves, but we hope this site will offer a small inspiration in your own meditation journey.

Meditation Workshop is designed and maintained by members of the Sri Chinmoy Centre. The site is hosted by Vasudevaservice for Plone
