Murray Carpenter and Madeleine Allard are the Directors of Medical Mission International, under the authority of Atlantic Missions Inc. Since 1989, they have been involved in different aspects of short-term medical missions by sending and receiving teams overseas.
From 1996-2002 they were missionaries in Costa Rica. They lived in San José with their children Chantale and Jean François. Madeleine worked in a small clinic serving Nicaraguan refugees. In addition, she co-directed a mission ministering to the Guaymies Indians in the Southern part of Costa Rica.
