The interactive two-way wireless technology allows seniors to remain living independently in their own home rather than moving into an assisted living community or moving in with family members. The company's primary service may also be referred to as a medical alert or medical alarm system. The medical alert system is a multi-facet emergency system consisting of hardware or short-ranged wireless devices and a 24/7 UL accredited emergency monitoring center. An easy accessible waterproof button is worn as a necklace or wristband, which communicates with a two-way speaker box base unit.
