A joint venture between National Development, a Newton, Massachusetts-based interdisciplinary real estate company, and Pyramid Advisors, a Boston-based full-service hotel company, this development has been master planned by the architectural firms of Elkus|Manfredi Architects and Spagnolo/Gisness & Associates, Inc. to create a “Main Street” shopping experience along with a luxury residential community that helps to address the Town’s long term housing goals. Also on site are the existing 280-room Sheraton Hotel and the newly renovated Boston Sports Club.
