- MDC was born in New York as a custom and original design furniture company in 1990. Since then, in a city full of competition MDC not only has survived but, in fact, has blossomed into one of the City’s most reliable & respected sources for furniture design. Though New York will always be MDC’s home, over the years we have expanded into an international organization. We manufacture many of our original & custom designs, including living room, bedroom & office furniture, in our Brooklyn-based manufacturing facilities. We also manufacture other original designs, including sofas, tables, chairs & classical furniture, in our manufacturing facilities located in Brazil. Beginning 2006, MDC will be on display at furniture expo’s in Las Vegas, Dubai & San Paolo. We are accepting applications for experienced & professional sales associates, as well as passionate & knowledgeable retailers.
