The managing pharmacist who is fully responsible for all the day to day operational processes manages each pharmacy. In this way the company's unique philosophy is realised. The supervising pharmacist manager retains the responsibility of decision making which allows him/her to react to patient needs and to the needs of the community.
At Mc Sweeney Pharmacy Group we believe that the pharmacist and patient must be provided with a high standard of organisation and infrastructure in order to guarantee quality and this must be located in and be connected to the community
