Your Health-E Life is Baptist's online program to help you manage your personal health information and access special web-based services available through Baptist Health Systems. Your Health-E Life is available at three levels.
Level 1 of Your Health-E Life is available at no charge to all residents of the United States. Level 1 includes:
• Online Personal Health Information Management : Level 1 members can login to Your Health-E Life via Baptist's website and conveniently store and manage a wealth of personal health information such as medical history—for example, allergies, medications you are currently taking, immunizations and any medical alert data—and insurance information. Once you have stored the information, you can update it at any time on Baptist's website. Then, print the information you need —such as a complete list of your medications—to take with you to physician appointments.
