- Cindy0317 (frustrated) : to my horror all these years you have been selling your coffee in the plastic containers advertising it as 39 ounces. It is NOT AT ALL 39 OUNCES. I was strapped for cash as many of us are I bought the Master Chief 34.5 ounce can of coffee and poured it in the 39 ounce, Maxwell House plastic container! Guess what it didn't fit, there is still a good eight ounces or better left in the master chief 34.5 ounce container. Now how can this be, I have an EMPTY 39 ounce plastic container, and try to dump 34.5 ounces in it and it don't fit. my conclusion is that you are all making a massive profit on millions of coffee drinkers who are blindsided by your company. This is so wrong!. I am very disgusted that a well named company who charges up the yin yang for a can of coffee that is not even buying 39 ounces, it is less. Maybe I just need to continue to buy the master chief, not only is it cheaper by several dollars, I am not getting screwed or taking advantage of. I will be posting this in a couple of message boards, as it is NOT FALSE INFORMATION, and reporting it to the FDA and BBB.
