We are a unique martial arts studio, offering Kenpo Karate classes for adults and children, F.A.S.T. Defense, and Cardio-kickboxing. Our goal is to provide quality services that simply aren't available at most karate schools.
What style your child trains in is less important than the quality of instruction. All good children's programs will focus on the principles of self defense, self discipline, promoting self worth and esteem, improving balance and coordination, mental focus, listening skills, following directions, being polite to one another, and not acting aggressively towards other children. The curriculum structure establishes a pattern of successes in the child's life based on effort and reward. All of this should be conveyed within a positive atmosphere where a child is happy with his progress and not discouraged.
