Dr Kathleen Long has been studying motivational techniques for many years now. As well as being a well known media doctor she is also a hypnotherapist, member of the British Society of Medical and Dental Hypnosis (Scotland) and an NLP master practitioner, trained in psychometric testing. She has been a GP for 17 years as well as a senior manager within the health Service for 12 years. Kathleen has more than 20 years experience in the media and is a 'well kent face' in journalism, radio and TV.
