Origins & History
Matradee was founded after a prominent restaurateur in Portland approached a group of web designers looking for an online reservation solution. Having examined systems already available on the market it was determined that there was neither a solution available that was both cost effect and all inclusive.

Pricing
Matradee’s belief in its ability to drive traffic to restaurants was a key factor in deciding upon the pricing model to be used. With this belief in mind Matradee established a pay-for-performance pricing model. This pricing model requires the restaurant to pay a $1 per person fee when a reservation is completed through Matradee’s system. For many restaurant owners this service is more cost effective than advertising in traditional publications such as newspapers or magazines.
