Tracie is a CPA with a valuable blend of Corporate and Public Accounting experience. She spent four years as controller of a national financial services company headquartered in Spokane, Washington and eight years as a practicing public accountant serving clients in Washington and Idaho. Prior to forming the firm of Matheney and Matheney, CPAs and merging her client base into the firm, she operated her own practice in Spokane, Washington helping small and medium sized businesses and individual clients minimize their taxes and manage their financial affairs.
Tracie has a wealth of experience assisting clients with Federal and State income and employment tax returns, sales and excise tax returns, preparing financial statements, processing payroll and training on Quickbooks. Her focus has always been on saving her clients taxes within the limits of the law.
She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington (WA license #16420), a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and an accounting graduate of The Ohio State University.
