About Master Builders Australia Inc
Master Builders is the major Australian building and construction industry association. Its primary role is to promote the viewpoints and interests of the building and construction industry and to provide services to members in a broad range of areas including training, legal services, industrial relations, building codes and standards, industry economics and international relations.
Master Builders is Australia's oldest industry association. Founded in the early 1870's in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle the movement quickly grew with Master Builders Associations being established in each state and territory of Australia. It was federated on a national basis in 1890.
Over the past 105 years Master Builders has grown to over 23,000 member companies with representation in every state and territory in Australia.
