Born and raised in South Central Ontario, Mary is one of five siblings who grew up on a small family farm. Educated in the public school system and at University of Toronto, she started early in the business world of investment and real estate finance. Marriage and parenthood drew Mary’s focus to the home front while the family transferred around Ontario (with a brief stint in Victoria, B.C.) for her husband’s career.
