- It all started in the year 1908, when Mr. Merali Rawji came to Africa with a dream, and coupled with hard work he made his dream a reality by setting up his first company in Kindu - eastern Democratic Republic Of Congo in 1910. Mr. Rawji named this company “ Rawji Fils”. Since then there was no looking back for him. The operations spread all over eastern Congo and soon established itself in Kisangani.
