At Ristorante Marino we serve authentic dishes originating in Italy's Abruzzo region, where, even today, the diet is known as one of the healthiest in the world.
In an effort to make our meals authentic, we use only the freshest ingredients. Our pasta, bread, sausages and desserts are made in-house. We cultivate most of our produce organically. As a matter of fact, we have our own farms and year-round greenhouses, including historic Lookout Farm in South Natick, Massachusetts, where we pick items daily to be served here at Marino's.
The majority of our recipes contain ingredients which are low in fat and cholesterol and high in nutritional value. For instance, we choose to use cholesterol-free olive oil instead of butter. In addition, cooking over a wood-fired grill and rotisserie, keeps our chicken, beef and seafood dishes lean, tender and delicious.
