- Margadarshak - the path finder is an organization dedicated towards research in educational methodology, survey and career guidance and counseling and dissemination of technological knowledge for self-reliance and better living on this earth. It is founded by Dr. Jagannath Prasad Nath who is, at present, teaches chemistry as a Reader in MPCJunior College, Baripada in India. Besides teaching chemistry, he has a wide experience in administration, entrepreneurship development, and technology transfer at micro level. He worked in the field of entrepreneurship development for more than a decade as Project Director, Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development (STED) project at Balasore in the state of Orissa under the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, New Delhi. He is a accredited by National Institute for Small Business Development (NIESBUD), New Delhi under the Department of Industries, Government of India as Achievement Motivation Trainer at National at the level. During his tenure as Project Director, STED, he groomed a large number of entrepreneurs almost in all fields as a Facilitator and Administrator. He has written a number of monograms on entrepreneurship development and related topics. At present his special area of interest and research being the Application of Behavioural Science & Transactional Analysis for guiding the youth to become their own master.
