Description
She started her career with a commission in the Royal Air Force and went on to expand her experience of personnel, sales, training and management with companies in the private and public sectors. As a result Cynthia has personal experience of managing people in a wide variety of powerful and diverse cultures.
Since 1987 she has been a consultant to a number of major organisations and has personally designed and facilitated a wide range of behavioural skills programmes. Her practical and down to earth approach is designed to make a real difference to individual, and therefore corporate change. Cynthia is continually developing her approach to improving the performance of people and organisations. Her qualifications include a Masters Degree in Management Learning. She is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has completed five years in Advanced Training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist.
