Who We Are
Since our founding in 1997, Malone Homes has established itself as a reputable builder throughout the Southeast Texas area. Malone Homes is a small, family-owned business and was incorporated under the name of Malone Homes, Inc. in February of 1999. We have built custom homes that range from small starter homes to large estate homes. Our trademark is the remarkable attention to detail we provide in every house we build. By limiting the number of homes we construct each year and focusing on quality and not quantity, Malone Homes, Inc. assures the highest standards of quality are applied in each home we build.
A graduate of Lamar University with a degree in Engineering, Tim Malone has devoted his career to building homes. Prior to establishing Malone Homes, Inc., Tim served as a consulting engineer to several oil companies in Southeast Texas and also worked hands-on construction during high school and college. The engineering experience has provided Tim with valuable insight concerning some of the scheduling, estimating & documentation problems facing contractors today, while the hands-on construction experience familiarized him with the different trades and their responsibilities during construction.
Tim actively researches new technology and building trends, which benefits the homebuyer with the most modern building products & practices in use today. To ensure the smooth implementation of the construction process at Malone Homes, Inc., Tim supervises the subcontractors, manages the estimation & scheduling processes and ensures that quality is employed throughout the entire project.
