Description
Along the way, we developed and have been marketing the best-selling email server PostMaster. Today, we reckon PostMaster has become India's second biggest software brand (don't even think of asking us who's first!), and we're aiming at being a case-study on how India can develop and market great software products.
We have also launched companion products to PostMaster, under the IQuinox Suite - SurfConsole, a Internet proxy server, AvAc, an anti-virus plugin for PostMaster & GatePass, an antispam module for PostMaster. These were developed based on customer inputs, feedback and suggestions over time and are the first of many more utilites that are in various stages of development at this time. For us, the one thread that binds all of these is Productivity, i.e. how can we put the Internet to better use.
While not too long ago Internet connectivity was the main challenge. Connectivity infrastructure has grown in leaps and bounds over the last few years making Internet access something that most people take for granted in their workplace. And this is where the new challenge of the Internet is - how to ensure that this facility is productively utilized.
