Magnolia Homes first began production of quality manufactured homes in the Scottsbluff/Gering, Nebraska area in 1958.  We eventually (and quite quickly) outgrew our Scottsbluff production facility, and in 1971 a "state of the art" production facility was designed and built in Gering.  It is this facility which continues to operate today. Years ahead of its time, this new facility allowed modular homes to be constructed in one piece.
