MagicTicker is a stock and news ticker designed to allow investors to keep on top of their investments and the markets. The ticker format allows you to track many stocks and news stories will taking up a minimal amount of space on your desktop, allowing you to continue to work, surf the web, or anything else you do on your computer. After a few days of using MagicTicker you'll wonder why you waited to get quotes in your browser only to have to refresh the page every time you wanted new quotes. Or worse, you'd constantly have to switch between the work you were trying to accomplish and your web browser.
MagicTicker also lets you produce your own graphs and charts, at any size, and print them out on a full sheet of paper. You can even graph your portfolio in a number of different ways. Some web based services will graph your portfolio value over time, but how many do you know will allow you to compare the performance of your portfolio to any stock or market index?
