About Macy's
Native Californian Tim Macy opened Macy’s in downtown Flagstaff in 1980. Macy’s was the first commercial coffee roaster in Arizona. In the last twenty years we’ve worn out a coffee bean roaster, three ovens, two espresso machines, and a few refrigerators, and we’ve expanded our seating a bit, but otherwise Macy’s is still the same busy, bustling place it always has been.
Currently fourty people comprise the Macy’s team. Our Bakers use the finest, freshest ingredients they can find. We take great pride in creating classic baked goods, such as pies, tarts, layer cakes, cheese cakes, brownies and cookies, and in presenting the public with an all-vegetarian menu with an assortment of wheat-free, dairy-free and vegan options. It is our hope that a quality product, great service, and a unique atmosphere will keep our customers happy. You may find coffee as good as ours, but you’ll never find any better. ENJOY!
