- MABEL was established in 1952, in Constantinople (Turkey), as a small sugar manufacturing firm. Due to certain political and economic changes that took place in 1956, the owner, Konstantinos Dallidis, was forced to return to his country of origin, Greece, where he re-established the company in Athens. The company expanded rapidly providing a diversified range of chocolate products like filled pralines, seasonal novelties (Easter eggs, Xmas Figures) and other.
