Gary Rush, IAF CPF, Founder and President of MGR Consulting, Inc., previously known as MG Rush Systems, Inc., attended the U.S. Naval Academy. He has managed projects since 1980, been facilitating since 1983, and providing Facilitator training since 1985. He is amongst the most successful and influential Facilitator trainers in the world. Gary teaches specific "how to" with an understanding of the "why" to perform as an effective Facilitator; he provides detailed Facilitator and process tools and, as an IAF CPF Assessor, he covers the IAF Core Facilitator Competencies. He improves client business through effective application of exceptional facilitation processes. He is an expert at engaging participants and guiding them to consensus.

Gary updates MGR Consulting's materials periodically and delivers the FoCuSeD Advance Class, ideal for experienced Facilitators, incorporating new topics, ideas, tools and concepts in facilitation.
Since 1985, Gary has designed and delivered well over a dozen different classes focusing on facilitation, diversity, team building, leadership, presentation skills, data modeling, problem solving, and strategic planning. He has written numerous "how to" books and has taught in 8 countries teaching over 4000 people. He is a Thiagi Certified Trainer enabling him to enhance his training through effective, highly interactive learning activities. Gary is a former Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and continues to be the leading-edge in the industry by continuing as a practicing Facilitator.
