When MCC was formed, teamwork and quality service were at the core of our beliefs. We began to recognize that many small to medium-sized businesses were in need of cost controlled, service-based IT support. Most of these companies had two things in common: they lacked a comprehensive IT strategy for the next 5 years and their current IT support, whether outsourced or internal, provided services under the break/fix methodology. When it breaks, they fix it. These two approaches are not effective business strategies. So, we decided to combine our unique skills and perspectives to help these companies.
The principals of MCC knew there was a better way to deliver IT support services to small businesses. We wanted to offer our clients enterprise-level support at a price the small business owner could afford. Our team built a service methodology to meet these requirements and has applied it to our customer's existing processes. Now our clients have a team of IT professionals to manage their IT needs, versus having one IT generalist who is constantly maintaining the “break/fix” model.
