Mr. Fuerst was in the position of gift planning executive for Lutheran Planned Giving Services prior to taking the position of president in 2002.
Before to coming to LPGS, Mr. Fuerst was a district representative for Lutheran Brotherhood. He also worked for Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries as a development officer. He received a B.A. Degree in Human and Social Services Administration from Bellevue University. In addition, he has completed a comprehensive series of planned giving seminars at the National Planned Giving Institute through the College of William & Mary. Mr. Fuerst has worked in the financial planning and development fields for 9 years.
