Luna Element is a Windows XP visual style and has been around since late 2004. When the first version of "LE" was released the response was huge and up to this day I have no idea why. Since people liked it, I continued working on the project and after every version I released, I always thought that it couldn't get any better, but it did.
The latest version is v5. It's not a perfect theme, but is difficult to make it better with all the limitations of Windows XP.
Luna Element has from the beginning has been based on the Windows XP default theme Luna, which is a great concept from Microsoft. That concept has been the key element through all versions of LE and a few parts are still in original design. Several months ago (mid-2005) Microsoft released bulid 5203 of their new OS, Vista. I can't deny I thought it looked pretty cool, so the parts I liked were recreated and made their way into Luna Element. I've also tried to bring my personal ideas into the theme and I think the final result is a pretty good, clean and elegant user interface... What do you think?
