Luminous Chao is a visionary e-commerce development company. We build and manage e-commerce systems designed to bring sales (lots of them) to our partners. Our firm was founded in 1996 to develop Internet software and design web sites. Within a few years, we began to realize that e-commerce, if done right, could be very lucrative. So, in 1999, we developed a retail site of our own to serve as a prototype for a new type of business.
