Lukads is an ad exchange company. You can sign up as either a publisher or advertiser, but you can be both with just one account. As publisher, you get a stunning 95% revenue share. Advertisers are helped because they will get a refund if what they sent on advertising if it was a target of spam.

Advantages - advertiser
Advertisers are massively supported. First of all, every click and or view on ads are monitored. If we detect spam or a clicking pattern the publisher will be banned, and the money you payed for that spam or fradulent clicks will be refunded. Secondly, you will pay less for the same traffic! Compared to other networks, Lukads pays out more of what you pay to the publisher. Who can lower their minimum prices and still get the same income. These lower minima directly affect you, as you pay minder to advertise!
Advantages - publisher
You get 95% of the revenue share! This is almost the full price advertisers pay and is most likely the highest amount you'll ever get. Another unique feature is that you can set your own minima! What this means is that advertisers may only advertise on your website, if they pay more than a certain amount. This certain amount is fully controllable by you, as long as it's more than 1 cent. (Either per click, or per 1000 impressions)
How it works - advertiser
After signing up, you will be able to create advertisements. You can choose between text ads or a banner. Next, you'll have to choose your advertising method. Either Pay Per Click (PPC) or Pay Per View (PPV). When you've chosen either, you will be able to enter the amount you wish to pay per click or view. Final step before your advertisements are shown is charging the ad with a fund (this usually has a minimum). Your advertisements will not be shown anymore once the reserved fund is used up.
How it works - publisher
After signing up, you will be able to add one or more site to your account. For each you give up the content, and create a custom code for your website. You paste this code on your website. As soon as your website is verified, ads will be displayed, creating income for you, and traffic for the advertiser. Since we're in beta, you will receive 95% of the amount the advertiser is paying per view or click.
