We are pleased to announce the theme for the 57th Annual Louisiana Foodservice EXPO, August 7-9, 2010- "Carnival in the Kitchen." The EXPO is the premier foodservice event for the Gulf Coast region and features the best of Louisiana suppliers and companies throughout the country. The 2009 EXPO drew 11,000 people who shopped nearly 500 booths, attended educational seminars and the Great American Seafood Cookoff.
