Susan is a professional realtor and has earned the highest real estate designations of CRS and GRI. Susan and her husband, Wayne, specialize in homes and land in and around Bisbee, AZ. Susan started her real estate career in 1988. She specialized in selling homes in Tucson’s’ Historic Districts. She was the president of Armory Park neighborhood and served as realtor to mayor and council on the Tucson Pima Historic Commission. She opened the Bisbee office in 1996 and has been consistently Bisbee’s top realtor since 1998. Her proven track record continues with an average of 50 homes sold per year.
Wayne has roots right here in Bisbee. His grandparents raised their family here. His grandfather worked in the famous Bisbee mines and later became caretaker of the historic Evergreen cemetery. Wayne moved to Bisbee in 1969 and started a successful business. Retiring in 2002, he married Susan and they started their joint career in real estate. Wayne is Long Realty Bisbee’s broker and every year is consistent in selling over $2 million in real estate.
