Hi, my name is Jimmy. I own Lobsterclambake.com, a division of Constitution Seafood. I am a fourth generation Lobster & Seafood New Englander born in the business in a small seaside town in Massachusetts.
We work directly with lobster boats and seafood dealers from Maine to Rhode Island to give you the freshest lobsters and seafood that you would expect from New England's pristine coast and pure cold Atlantic waters. We package all our own lobsters and clambakes in our Boston facility. Our live lobsters are kept in a constant 39-degree temperature controlled lobster tank and are packed minutes before our daily pickup. We pack them in temperature controlled air cartons specifically engineered for live lobsters and fresh seafood.
We guarantee that your live lobsters will be packed live at our facility on the shipping date. We carefully select our live Maine lobsters, steamer clams and our creamy clam chowder for your enjoyment.
