Lowry Development, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Millard Lowry, Jr. as a full service real estate develpment, brokerage and consulting company. Mr. Lowry has thirty-eight years of real estate and financial experience. He is an Atlanta native with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate/Finance, from Georgia State University. Mr. Lowry was the Real Estate Manager for the Atlanta Division of The Kroger Co. from 1974 to 1982.
