The Lower Makefield Football Association was incorporated on July 16, 2001 although the program has been active since 1994. The LMFA was created with the intent purpose of developing a football program in Lower Makefield Township, where all participants are guaranteed a starting position and the opportunity to play the entire game. With the exception of Columbus Day weekend all practices and games are held at Macclesfield Park, 1000 River Road in Lower Makfield Township.
