At Live Geeks USA, we strongly believe in a team atmosphere where no one person is more important than another. With that being said, you won’t find individual profiles listed here. The most important thing we can tell you about us is we have a combined experience in all aspects of computers and internet applications of well over 25 years and we are passionate about using that knowledge to help you enjoy your computers!
At Live Geeks USA, we are passionate about computer support. We beleive computing should be fun and stress free and so should support. In addition, the tech support industry is long overdue for a fresh approach in thinking and pricing and that is exactly what we are here for. We are not just tech support, we are complete computer support!
With almost every company that provides computer tech support either on or off the internet, the rates for their services typically are by the minute or by the hour. Standard per minute charges range from .99 per minute and up and per hour charges range from $29.95 and go up from there. At Live Geeks USA, we charge one low, flat monthly fee based on the number of computers you need support for. Our service is set up on a monthly recurring subscription but there are no long term contracts and you may cancel anytime.
