Lipripper Charters was always a dream that Stan Kane had. As a child he was eager to help anyone with a worm on a hook. Or another to clean the fish they had caught and take it home. Stan always felt at home by the water especially when he was fishing. So it's not that hard to comprehend that when given half a chance, he would start a company that offers not just fishing charters, but a day of fun taking in the beautiful outdoors while learning about the animals and fish that inhabit these local Georgia waters and of course the finest day of fishing one could hope for!
Lipripper Charters comes at a time in Stan's life when he can devote the kind of time, energy and dedication required to be the best fishing outfit in the state of Georgia. Stan spent his adult life serving his country as a career military enlisted man in the United States Army. His tours included patrolling the German boarder and Operation Dessert Storm. He honored his commitment and retired in October of 2003.
