While this requires a lot more effort, we believe it pays in the end to screen out talents scrupulously, so that you can sleep more soundly when entrusting your translation needs to us.
We do not necessarily seek the most experienced or people from top schools. Rather, strong sets of knowledge and skills combined with proper work attitudes and ethics count the most among our selection criteria. We are known, perhaps frustratingly, to reject applications from senior translators and staff from other agencies that, despite their wealth of experience, simply do not match our quality standards, often because they have taken on bad and incorrigible habits through years of unsupervised and ill-trained work.
