Richard Lilley has been leaving his mark on glass in the Berks County area for the last 25 years. Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, his major interest has always been art. His first formal studies in art took place in high school commercial art courses. After graduation, his first studio and gallery was set-up in St. Peter's Village, Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he pursued oil painting and string art.
